    SwIdeas collaborates with a wide network of partners and stakeholders, from small and medium-sized enterprises to NGOs, civil society, communities of practice, and the public sector in Sweden, Europe and internationally.

    Together, we work to drive progress, manage change, and strengthen local capacities in both community and business development.
    Our partnerships are built on collaboration, innovation, and shared learning, helping create stronger organizations and more sustainable communities.

Business Development Unit

Our Business Development Unit provides consultancy, advisory, and hands-on support to help you evaluate, launch, or strengthen your business operations. We focus on responsible growth, innovation, and effective project management with an emphasis on social and sustainable impact.

We can support you with:

  • Developing a socially and environmentally responsible business model, including ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies

  • Implementing innovative practices that enhance your organization’s environmental and social performance

  • Building resilient project management strategies for long-term success

  • Training your team to strengthen leadership, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills through our Programs and Courses.

Community Development Unit

Our Community Development Unit focuses on projects that drive sustainable development and empower communities. We collaborate with both new and established organizations on transnational initiatives that create meaningful change and strengthen communities across Europe and beyond.

Our projects are funded or co-funded by programs such as Erasmus+, AMIF, NordPlus, and the Swedish Institute, and are built on partnerships that connect people, ideas, and action.
