Who we are
We’re a dynamic team of dedicated, resilient, and forward-thinking professionals, each bringing expertise from diverse fields. What unites us is a shared passion for innovation, collaboration, and creating meaningful impact. With backgrounds spanning business strategy, technology, education, sustainability, and social development, we combine our knowledge to design creative solutions that create positive change.
What we do
SwIdeas operates alongside two units, the Community Development Unit and the Business Development Unit.
We create impact through three interconnected areas. We offer consultancy and technical assistance to help organizations innovate and scale, as well as programs and courses that empower people to upskill and thrive. Through our not-for-profit community development projects, we contribute to building stronger, more sustainable communities.
How we do it
SwIdeas focuses on education, research, and business and community support.
Our operations and projects are within the spheres of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and social development for sustainable impact – with a focus on education and research.
Through the development of educational material, delivery of training and workshops, research, and organization of outreach events, SwIdeas offers needs-based, innovative and creative solutions in education and research.

SwIdeas is a Swedish enterprise with a social mission that focuses on environmental and social sustainability. SwIdeas is globally aspired, yet regionally rooted in Sweden.

Our vision is to be a reference point in education and applied research on social and environmental sustainability that contributes to building a more resilient, creative, and inclusive society.

Our mission is to support those who provide value both for themselves and their societies by offering needs-based, innovative and creative solutions in education and research.
Core Values
We believe in sustainability, diversity, collaboration and equality. When working with clients and partners, our aim is to support those who provide value not only for themselves, but also for their societies and communities, and to empower business owners and organisations to do so.

Collaboration
Too many businesses are driven – and promoted – as individualistic and competitive organisations. Already at business school, young people learn to compete instead of cooperate. We think that is a short-term way of thinking! Our trainings and services for businesses promote collaboration and moving towards a circular economy concept. We have a broad national and international network of organisations with great experience in business collaboration, and we want to achieve peer-to-peer collaboration between start-ups in Sweden and abroad.

SwIdeas is a horizontal organization that does not believe in hierarchy. Although our team members have different roles and responsibilities, they are all equally treated, respected and listened to. This same principle is applied to all our activities, as we believe that social sustainability can't be conceived without equality. Hence, SwIdeas promotes and practices equality among all its operations.

Sustainability
Climate change is the one biggest challenges of our time. The environmental threats that we face will affect every aspect of our lives and of our children’s lives. Hence, climate change awareness has to be part of all our activities, too. It’s as simple as that.

SwIdeas is a value-based enterprise that bridges and partners with small and medium-sized enterprises, civil society and the public sector in Sweden, Europe and internationally to provide innovative solutions to our societies’ environmental and social challenges.
We do care both about the planet and about the people who live in it. Our aim is not to generate profit, but to make an impact.
