Founder and Managing Director of SwIdeas, Abdallah leads strategy and operations across consultancy, training, and community projects. With 20+ years in project management and international cooperation, he specializes in designing innovative advisory services, building partnerships, and identifying and developing EU funding opportunities.
Julia Moreira

LEAD ANALYST & SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Julia brings an interdisciplinary approach to environmental and sustainability challenges, connecting social and ecological dimensions to promote climate resilience. With 6+ years in project management and environmental education, she ensures process oversight and designs engaging projects and initiatives for lifelong learning.

PROJECT MANAGER & TRAINING COORDINATOR
Emily is committed to ensuring inclusion, equality, and leaving no one behind in societal and digital development. With 10+ years in project management, international development, and human rights, she manages socially inclusive projects and develops innovative adult education methodologies grounded in real needs.

ANALYST & PROJECT MANAGER
Passionate about social innovation and inclusive learning, Lavinia believes collaborative, needs-based education drives meaningful change. With 5+ years designing and delivering training across socioeconomic inclusion, gender equality, youth empowerment, and sustainability, she facilitates participatory learning and project development and coordination.
Merle Emrich

ANALYST & PROGRAMME OFFICER
Motivated by climate-conscious action and social transformation, Merle designs and implements EU-funded projects and training materials in environmental sustainability within VET and adult education. With 2+ years in sustainability-centred education, she brings a holistic approach to project management, workshop facilitation, and developing green skills across Europe.
