With 20+ years in project management and international cooperation, he specialises in designing innovative advisory services, building partnerships, and identifying and developing EU funding opportunities.

LEAD ANALYST & SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Sustainability Lead
Julia brings an interdisciplinary approach to environmental and sustainability challenges, connecting social and ecological dimensions to promote climate resilience. With 6+ years in project management and environmental education, she ensures process oversight and designs engaging projects and initiatives for lifelong learning.

Sustainability Lead
Motivated by climate-conscious action and social transformation, Merle designs and implements EU-funded projects and training materials in environmental sustainability within VET and adult education. With 3+ years in sustainability-centred education, she brings a holistic approach to project management, workshop facilitation, and developing green skills across Europe.
