Interested in social development and project management?
Intern at our community development services unit, to get hands-on experience in EU grants management and project management. The internship is placed in Malmö, full-time for students and part-time for non-students.

Where: SwIdeas AB Community Development Services Unit, and/or Business Services Unit, based at STPLN, Stabelbäddsgatan 3, Malmö.
When: Autumn 2018, exact dates to be decided upon agreement
Hours: 36 hours per week for registered students, 20 hours for non-students, unpaid

We hold expertise in project management, project design and develop projects from the very first drafting stages, to the last evaluation and reporting phase. Objective: SwIdeas offers 1-2 internship positions early, to students, fresh graduates or newly arrived young migrants with creative minds and a great interest in social development issues. We see that society is becoming more and more flexible and people, resources and work are organized in multiple ways: as civil society organizations, private entities, social enterprises, or in the form of projects. We welcome, and are part of, that development.
Tasks: The internship offered is in the Community Development Services Unit. However, the business unit is constantly developing and the two units are integrated. The intern is encouraged to take initiative in both units and the internship may lead to employment. As an intern at SwIdeas, you will learn how to
- Develop project proposals
- Run/manage project activities
- Build international collaborative partnerships
- Mapping available funds and calls for proposals
- Contribute to marketing and social media
Requirements: University degree in relevant field. Good communication skills, including fluency in (written and spoken) English, and preferably also Swedish, the ability to think creatively about a problem
Knowledge of business and/or financial management, or marketing, is favourable.
Most important of all: you must carry the right values and fit within the team.
